Your Body Knows the Way Back
... It’s not broken. It’s waiting. Make space - and it will show you.
Dear Reader,
What if your body no longer had to carry what your mind couldn’t process?
I just came back from a 12-day practitioner training in the Netherlands.
12 days of presence, bodywork & release.
Short nights. Deep dives. Thirty humans meeting each other in full presence.
Holding space - for tension, for tears, laughter and for the unseen.
And being witnessed in return.
It was intense. It was real. And it was energizing in a way the mind can’t explain.
I’m deeply grateful to share, that I've joined the assisting team of The Gaia Method - in service to the craft I’ve studied, embodied, and integrated into my practice in Berlin.
Imagine this:
You’ve lived with a certain pattern for so long - a posture, a pain, a way of reacting -
that it feels like who you are.
But it’s not you.
It's a part of you.
It’s what got stuck.
And once released…
you don’t have to try to be different.
You are different.
Simple - and not simple. I know.
It can feel complex. Emotions show up:
Fear. Shame. Guilt.
And in the end… it simple.
Can you hear your body whispering?
That tightness in your chest.
The tension in your jaw.
The tiredness that never quite goes away.
Maybe it’s not just stress.
Maybe it’s a message.
Maybe it’s time to listen.

3-Minute Somatic Practice to Listen Inward

|
1. Drop Below Thought (1 min)
Close your eyes. Let your thoughts be clouds passing by. Shift attention from thinking… to sensing. Can you feel the hum beneath the silence?
2. Tune In to Micro-Movement (1 min) Feel your hands, your lips, your feet. Notice tiny shifts—pulses, vibrations, breath-waves. Be with the smallest sensation. Just witness, notice - without changing anything
3. Ask the Whisper (1 min)
Ask softly: “What do I need to know right now?” Let the answer rise—not as logic, but as a felt sense. You may not understand it now. That’s okay. Trust your body to speak in its own language

Personal Note
This letter is part of something that wants to grow authentically and honestly.
One message. Once a week. A signal in the noise.
It feels important to let this unfold naturally.
The vision behind it is simple and bold: Imagine a world without trauma.
A world where we don’t carry what doesn’t belong to us anymore.
Where we remember how to feel, how to release, how to come home.
And where healing isn’t something we chase something we meet & integrate.
The Topic of Trauma can be overwhelming, there is so much out there, so many information, advice and opinions.
Here, my intention is to distill the core and share the message through the language of the body.
By sharing this message, holding space, and staying in service, we can support that shift - in small, very real, very human ways.
If there is a topic you are interested in, just let me know.
Thank you for being here.
