10 Questions & A Body Scan Meditation for Inner Peace

Dear Reader,

What crazy times, these days.

Coming back to Berlin, a new President in the United States is elected, the governing coalition in Germany no longer exists anymore, we celebrate 35 Years of the fall of the Berlin Wall, sing for freedom and in the same time we build new walls and put people in prisons again. Paradox.

It feels sometimes as it wants to pull me in every direction and makes me even more aware how important it is to stay my ground. It can be confusing , when we are not taking care what we take in, absorb, consume and aware how it impact us - even very settle on an unconscious level.

Today I am sharing with you one of my favourite tools as support in such time - Reflection through the Body.
Taking time to reflect, contemplate and especially bringing those thoughts in the body is crucial here. Clarity is a profound anchor and it supports me a lot.

This letter is an invitation to pause, to check in with yourself, and to connect more deeply with your inner Team - what you want, what not, whats important and to become super aware how you are really feeling.

When approached with curiosity and honesty, it may bring more clarity into your life. Sometimes, the answer to those questions will not show up right away... only through contemplation through the body, and listening to your own bodies language, it will lead you to something that feels true and feels like a sensation of an answer.

Take your time.

1. Who do I truly want to become in this lifetime?

2. What values and beliefs am I carrying from others, and do they still serve me?

3. How am I spending my time, and is it aligned with what brings me joy?

4. What is my relationship with technology and social media?

5. How am I contributing to a healthier planet in my everyday choices?

6. Do I understand the origins of my fears and anxieties?

7. How do my words impact others?

8. Do my actions support my values?

9. How do I handle conflicts, and what does this say about me?

10. Am I making time to connect with myself?

As you explore these questions, I’ve included a guided body scan meditation to support you connect more fully with your body. This meditation allows your mind to settle into the body, letting these thoughts and reflections land in a grounded way. Consider it a way to release tension, bring awareness into the present and know how you really feel.

In case you’re curious to learn more about listening deeply and understanding your body’s language, feel free to reply to this email. I’d be happy to explore how I can support you individually on this journey.

#ISSUE006 Your Body Knows the Way Back ... It’s not broken. It’s waiting. Make space - and it will show you. Dear Reader, What if your body no longer had to carry what your mind couldn’t process? I just came back from a 12-day practitioner training in the Netherlands.12 days of presence, bodywork & release. Short nights. Deep dives. Thirty humans meeting each other in full presence.Holding space - for tension, for tears, laughter and for the unseen. And being witnessed in return. It was...

#005 ✉️ Integration and Healing When the Body Finally Feels Safe We often think of healing as something that happens when we’ve processed the past – when the story makes sense – when the pain has been talked through. But true healing doesn’t happen in the mind – it happens when the body finally feels safe enough to let go. Trauma doesn’t end when the event ends – it ends when the body completes what it couldn’t finish back then. Many of us carry incomplete stories – frozen emotions – and...

#ISSUE 004 ✉️ What Do You Love? ... and why De-Armouring isn’t just about releasing tension. Dear, Reader Before we say a word, we are already speaking. Through the way we move. The way we hold tension. The way we breathe. I notice it every day - walking the streets of Berlin, sitting in the Metro or working with someone. Bodies carrying stories, some never told, some long forgotten. The slight hesitation before allowing themselves to fully relax. The breath caught in the chest. The belly,...
